Brebichon: apple washed cheese love

January 31, 2014

I simply adore Brebichon, a farmstead sheep’s milk cheese that is oh so creamy, delicate and luscious. This apple washed cheese is an absolute must buy on every stop I make to Fromagerie Atwater in Montreal.

Artisan cheese – occasional unexpected delays

July 7, 2011

Hi everyone,

Sorry for my unexpected delay between posts, I’ve been trying for a few weeks to get my hands on a particular artisan cheese to do a very special video that apparently I’ll be able to get “next week” from one of the farmer’s markets I frequent. As far as I am aware, this cheese is not available in stores in Toronto. One week it finally will be next week, and I’ll do that video then.

In the meantime, I thought I’d take this opportunity to let you know that I will be attending the American Cheese Society’s annual conference August 3-6, 2011 in Montreal.

I hope to see you there!!
